Customer Satisfaction and Quality-Assurance Policy
Inacom Learning uses Metrics that Matter online course evaluations to measure customer satisfaction and quality assurance. We periodically request references from our clients as a way to measure the quality of the training solution delivered. We are a Prometric Test Center, which offers our students a means to obtain Microsoft certifications, which we see as another way of measuring the quality of the training we deliver. Lastly, Inacom Learning offers a customer satisfaction guarantee; if the customer isn’t satisfied with their class, we will offer a training retake of the class within a 1 year period from the date of the original class. The customer must bring their original course book with them to the retake of the class, or a book fee may apply.
Admission and Assurances
Admission is open to all candidates, regardless of age, natural origin, race, religious affiliation or sex. The minimal education/skill requirement is a high school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of personal computers. Inacom Information Systems does not grant advanced standing to those with prior education or training. Beginning and ending dates for training programs leading to certification will be determined on an individual basis. Inacom Information Systems is closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & following Friday, Christmas Eve Day & Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day.
Attendance
Inacom Information Systems does not distinguish between types of absences, does not record tardiness, and does not use probationary periods nor dismiss students for unsatisfactory attendance. Students who, for personal reasons, must miss any or all portions of a course should obtain permission from their Education Consultant to attend those portions in the next scheduled course date.
Grading Policy/Progress Reports
Inacom Information Systems does not issue grades nor do we maintain progress records. Certifications are awarded as a result of successful completion of certification tests delivered through Pearson VUE and Prometric Authorized Testing Centers. Inacom Information Systems does not dismiss students nor use a probationary period for unsatisfactory progress.
Registration/Fees
All course fees are disclosed in our course pricing sheets. Inacom Information Systems does not accept installment payments. All books and supplies necessary will be provided by Inacom Information Systems.
Student Conduct
It is expected that students will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times in out courses. Inacom Information Systems reserves the right, should it be determined necessary by the instructor, to dismiss any student that is disrupting the learning process. Re-admission into courses may only be obtained upon recommendation from the instructor.

Clock Hours
Clock hours for each individual course are listed within the individual course outlines.
Classes Cancelled - Weather
Inacom shall remain open during or after snow storms or other inclement weather unless severe and immediate danger is probable. Please see our Severe Weather Policy page for more information.
