The Evolution of Technical Education: Inacom's Vision
Inacom’s success in the technical education industry has always been rooted in one overriding principle. This simply stated, is to focus 100% on the technical education goals of the information technology leadership of our clients and to tailor the learning experience to meet their needs. This approach has catapulted Inacom to worldwide prominence in the technical education industry, and has well established Inacom as an innovative leader globally. In this regard, Inacom is prepared to lead the industry once again, into a refined business model tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
In 2009, Inacom will provide clients with even more choices around the fulfillment of their technical education needs. The first step in fulfilling these needs is a renewed dedication to holding classes at their originally scheduled time to enhance the learning experience. A greater initiative, however, will focus the creation of the Wisconsin markets’ public education schedule to meet the specific needs of our clients as they vary by market. In addition, Inacom will increase the number and variety of classes offered weekly in our flagship facility in Madison, WI. The 2009 Madison, WI schedule will offer over 100 unique class instances monthly. The Madison Education Center’s public schedule will offer a full spectrum approach to the technical education market providing many courses that would be otherwise unavailable in Wisconsin.
In addition, in 2009 Inacom will dedicate education consultants to the fulfillment of organizations learning needs. These education consultants are specialized in helping clients discover their clearest path to success through an in depth needs analysis. Furthermore, these consultants will work with clients to design learning solutions that combine all forms of technical education to create a cost effective and time sensitive approach to team skill building. These forms of technical education might include the following education modalities:
-
Enrollments in public classes
-
Private delivery of courses for a team
-
Creation of custom training materials for your organization
-
Inclusion of e-learning tools from industry leading providers
-
Use of advanced distance learning methodologies
This solutions approach has long been a hallmark of Inacom Education. Our goals for 2009 will not deviate from that overriding principle we stated previously. What will potentially change is the delivery modalities that help our clients accomplish their goals. It is our belief that the creation of true learning solutions developed by our 6 dedicated education consultants and delivered by our award winning staff of over 35 instructors (all of whom are Inacom employees), will drive a tremendous amount of value into your learning experience.
As always, Inacom values the input of our customers and partners. If you have any questions or suggestions on how we can better help you solve your learning needs please contact your local sales manager.
